    The personal trainers I've worked with previously do not measure up
at all to the service, care and challenge I have received at Fitfix.
    From my first meeting with Jonathan up to today I have felt hope
that I can change what have been my patterns for a long time. I love to
work out but I would do it for a few months, stop, do it again, then stop.
The difference here is I have committed myself to so many sessions and
if I don't show I get a phone call of support not judgment.
    My goal is to learn how to transfer what I'm learning here to my
home or anywhere else I may choose to workout. I feel that because
Fitfix use free weights, balls and other things ( that don't cost an arm
and a leg and need tons of floor space) that I can transfer what I am
learning to my own space.
      The things that have made these workouts so much better than
others are:
1) when I tell my trainer something is hurting he asks questions and
then adjusts the exercise or changes it, because my body is telling me
something - I'm learning to listen
2) on days when I feel tired he tells me to take it easier, again
listening to my body, but he doesn't let me give up
3) he keeps re-evaluating my progress and changing exercises to meet my
changing needs. I don't get bored with the "routine". I feel continually
challenged and know something is happening to change how I look.
4) one of the team works with me at all times making sure my positions
are correct, that I'm working hard enough, that I'm enjoying myself, and
that  my progress is cared about.
5) they actually listen to my needs and wants and work at doing the best
to provide these.
     I have needed to lose weight for years and have always found it
very difficult. It is still difficult but for some reason I feel
supported and understood and that is making a big difference in my
approach. The team at Fitfix work together to give us, their clients,
the best training possible.
