In this focused environment I am directed to work out my entire body in a manner that is at my physical ability. I used to think I had to hurt to receive the benefits I wanted. The team at Fitfix has shown me a better and safer way to exercise. They guide me through my program with perfect execution, but do not make me feel like I’m being lectured.

I am allowed to be myself and have a good laugh with them.

I have thought of going to a local gym but when I have gone to check them out, I found they weren't what I needed.
