Our Senior’s fitness program starts
with a preliminary physical assessment of the following: resting blood pressure
and heart rate, anthropometrical measurements, cardiovascular test, various
strength and endurance tests and a flexibility test.
Depending on your individual needs, some or all of the above assessment
protocol can be modified to suit your situation.
This assessment is designed so that everyone involved will be able to
establish a starting point.
Your exercise program is structured
to meet your individual needs and address your specific health issues.
The idea behind the program is to focus on preventing and managing
age-related issues like osteoporosis, arthritis, and atrophy of muscles. By
addressing your health in this manner you can gain and maintain a more active
lifestyle.
