Fitness Testing

One of the most effective ways of establishing your fitness level is to have a physical assessment. 

The main component of this assessment is a cardiovascular test.  This test helps us determine what your cardiovascular level of fitness is. 

Having an efficient cardiovascular system is the most important part of any fitness program. The person being tested can help

determine which mode and protocol is more suitable for them. Everything from bicycles to stair machines can be utilized to estimate your level of fitness.

At Fitfix Health and Wellness, we administer fitness tests.  However, if your needs cannot be met by us or our facility,

we will direct you to a high performance testing center in the city. 

We have access to some of the most extensive testing facilities and personnel in Canada.
