I received a letter from Fitfix and decided to call them for more information. After talking with Jonathan on the phone I realized that I could use some of their services. They first carried out a detailed assessment and custom designed a series of exercises that suited my personal health issues. I proceeded to use the program to improve my health and well-being. Prior to Fitfix, I was in relatively poor physical shape, running sporadically and suffering more injuries with age. Since starting to work with them my strength, stamina and sense of well-being have all improved. I believe the advantages for me have been: a commitment to work out regularly, a structured workout including most of my body rather than purely aerobic, a program that was developed to stress me enough to improve my strength and stamina, but graded so as not to cause injury or be so difficult as to create a disincentive. Finally while serious about training, they all have a great sense of humour so we can combine the groans with a few laughs.
